Description
A compounded topical combining three ingredients with distinct, individually-studied roles: GHK-Cu (copper-binding peptide studied for collagen production, wound healing, and hair/scalp health see Immune & Longevity table above), estriol (a weaker, shorter-acting form of estrogen sometimes used topically/vaginally for genitourinary symptoms of menopause), and niacinamide (vitamin B3 derivative studied topically for skin barrier function, reduced redness, and oil regulation). Because estriol is a hormone, topical hormone creams require individualized prescribing and monitoring the same as any other hormone therapy, even though the systemic absorption from a topical cream is generally much lower than an oral or injectable hormone. This is a compounded combination product, not an FDA-approved fixed combination — no combination of these three ingredients at this concentration has been evaluated by the FDA as a single product.
